Refund policy

All authorized returns will need to be shipped at your expense. To qualify for an authorization, merchandise will need to be in full package quantities, free of all markings and or pricing labels, and in its original condition. You must contact us immediately upon receipt to return items with expiration dates such as food, over-the-counter medications, or products on sale. All other products, you must contact us within 10 days. Damaged products must be reported within 5 days. To ensure your return is processed correctly, you should call our Customer Service Department at 800-788-8601 or thru our contact us form. Please follow the above guidelines and have as much information available including detailed reasons of your return so we can promptly process your request. Only authorized returns will be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
